Summary:
Panel stays offset (“floating”) after disconnecting external monitor; doesn’t
snap to screen edge on maximized windows.
Steps:
1. Laptop + external monitor connected
2. Unplug external monitor
3. Panel remains offset from screen edge; maximizing a window doesn’t make it
snap
Expected result:
Panel snaps to screen edge on window maximize
