SUMMARY
When moving the mouse around in a chat, the reaction/reply/kebab buttons appear
per message when mousing over, but they sometimes do not disappear when mousing
away
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a chat (in my case, tested with a group chat)
2. Move the mouse around in the chat
OBSERVED RESULT
1. Messages show the reaction/reply/kebab buttons, and they sometimes
disappear, but they sometimes don't until you mouse over them again.
EXPECTED RESULT
1. All buttons must disappear when mousing away from the message

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I am observing this issue on my Dell XPS 13 9360, which uses an Intel 7th gen
CPU and integrated GPU. I am using Wayland, and neochat is running under
wayland. My screen is HiDPI (3200x1800) and I have fractional scaling enabled
at 150%. I have not tested if this bug occurs on other computers.
