--- Comment #8 from [email protected] --- Additionally: Keyboard Selection at Start of Line: If I position the cursor at the very beginning of a line and press Shift + Right Arrow, the cursor "jumps" immediately to the end of the first word, skipping the first character/word entirely and only selecting the text thereafter. Incremental Selection Offset: If I place the cursor manually after the first character and press Shift + Right Arrow, the selection behaves correctly from that point forward. However, it is impossible to include the first character using incremental keyboard steps.
