SUMMARY
Tiny objects appearing randomly on the desktop, usually after waking up from
sleep, but can appear mid session. They can be selected as if they're objects,
and windows can be drawn over them, blocking them. When the window moves away,
they're still in the same spot. They move with the desktop when switching
virtual desktops as well, they're not static over the screen, so they're not
GPU artifacts, they react and can be manipulated by the UI (such as them being
highlighted by the select rectangle).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use plasma
2. Let the PC go to sleep
3. Wake up the PC
4. See objects appear on the desktop, under windows.
OBSERVED RESULT
Tiny objects appear randomly on the desktop.
EXPECTED RESULT
There should be no visual glitches happening.
