SUMMARY
I played a video on one screen, paused and then wanted to resume it. But it was
frozen. I thought the browser crashed, but no. After closing it, I saw that
moving anything on it was not showing up, not even the mouse cursor. A
screenshot showed the expected screen content. I uploaded a video showing it:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open video in full screen on display
2. Pause video(?)
3. Content freezes
OBSERVED RESULT
The frame got "stuck" on the screen
EXPECTED RESULT
The screen shows the actual content on it.
