SUMMARY
I have my panel set to "avoid windows", so it is visible when I'm on my
desktop, but auto-hides when I have a window at the bottom edge. After updating
to KDE Plasma 6.6.0, I noticed that sometimes after waking up my system (at
least I believe that it always happened after waking my notebook from sleep),
the panel is stuck showing and won't hide, no matter what I try. I also noticed
that the kickoff application launcher is shown in the bottom right corner, even
though the button is in the bottom left, the widgets all open in wrong
positions and notifications are shown at the top left corner instead of the
bottom right where the notification icon is.
The only "solution" I found was to log out and back in or to set it to
auto-hide (so it always hides).
This might be related to using docks with external displays, but I'm not sure
yet.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. ???
2. Wake up system from standby
3. Panel won't hide anymore, widgets showing in wrong positions

OBSERVED RESULT
The panel is stuck and widgets are showing in wrong positions

EXPECTED RESULT
The panel behaves as expected (so it hides when windows are near) and widgets
open where expected and notifications are shown near the notification icon.
