Focus shortcut location
SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set focus shortcut of a panel on one monitor to be a specific activation key
2. unplug monitor where the panel is present
3. Try to set activation shortcut on another panel
OBSERVED RESULT
Found Conflict window shows up causing the panel you are currently editing the
activation shortcut of to be dismissed. After pressing continue, the activation
key of that panel does not change and neither does the shortcut of the old
panel, meaning this window will appear next time
EXPECTED RESULT
Found Conflict window pops up. After pressing continue, the activation key of
that panel DOES change and the shortcut for the old panel gets set back to
unassigned.
