Video that shows what happens when the scrollbar mini map is disabled
SUMMARY
When disabling the scrollbar mini-map, instead a normal scrollbar appears.
However, the horizontal space reserved for the scrollbar mini-map is still
there. One needs to resize to window for it to go away. See Video.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable scrollbar mini-map
OBSERVED RESULT
The horizontal space reserved for the scrollbar mini map stays until the window
is resized.
EXPECTED RESULT
The horizontal space reserved for the scrollbar mini map is released at the
moment it is disabled.
