Hello Nate. I understand the skepticism regarding AI spam, but I assure you
this is a legitimate report based on my personal experience with my daily
driver.

To clarify specifically:

Hardware Verification: I own the specific hardware mentioned. I am using a
Xiaomi Gaming Monitor G Pro 27i connected via DP to an AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT.

Environment: This is running on CachyOS (Arch-based).

The Issue: The logs provided are actual outputs from my journalctl. The race
condition is real and reproducible on every cold boot on my machine. The
workaround (systemctl --user restart plasma-powerdevil) is the only thing that
restores control.

I may have used an LLM to help format the 'Suggested Fix' section to be more
concise or to translate my thoughts, but the logs, the hardware, and the bug
are 100% verified by me physically sitting in front of this monitor.

I am reporting this because I want to help fix an issue that affects Xiaomi
monitor users on Plasma 6. If you need raw output from ddcutil or drm_info to
prove this isn't a hallucination, let me know and I will attach it immediately.
