plasma-login-manager consistently starts to a black screen with the mouse
cursor.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Upgrade to Plasma 6.6.1
2. Restart plasma-login-manager
OBSERVED RESULT
Black screen with mouse cursor
EXPECTED RESULT
Login screen

Operating System: CachyOS Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
systemctl status plasma-login-maanger shows it starting as normal with no
errors or warnings. Deleting /var/lib/plasmalogin/.cache had no effect.
