I've been trying to get a complete dump but it seem like the version of PLM bundled with Plasma 6.6 in Arch does not have debug symbols thus it cannot give a full report. Another problem I have is that the error occurs when booting so I cannot use gdb to run PLM and get additional info. I've tried to blindly kill PLM and try to run it through gdb but apparently I'm mistyping something or simply I'm not running it correctly.
