Indeed, the timeline moves bit by bit when I press SHIFT + middle click on my
tablet pen, however it's very inconsistent, choppy, and slow. Took me a whole
minute to get to the frame 180. Sometimes it just won't move at all, and then
it moves... So yeah it works, but it's frustrating to say the least. If this
was happening as I was working on an actual project, I'd flip my lid.
A scrollbar would make this more reliable and faster.
