SUMMARY
On Wayland, when selecting a decoration theme other than Breeze, the CDS
buttons remain those of Breeze.
On X11 it works fine.
I presume the problem is in kded because Decoration code search for kded6 to
understand if the app is a GTK one.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select another decoration than Breeze, for example Oxygen
2. Open a GTK app like "Gnome Disk"
OBSERVED RESULT
The CSD buttons are from Breeze
EXPECTED RESULT
CSD bottons should be from the selected decoration (Oxygen)
