[krita] [Bug 515629] within the brush preset drop down on the toolbar, right click does not work. Everywhere else does work

When you right click using either mouse or pen on a brush in the Brush preset
on the toolbar, no menu box appears to allow assigning or removing that brush
from a tag (image 1). "Elsewhere" is referring to the "Brush Editor" (image 2)
and "Brush Preset" docker (image 3)
