after a couple of seconds after changed to "portrait" in system settings
When I change the orientation of my graphic tablet to portrait, it's actually
rotated and in config visible rotation 1 value. Then after a couple of seconds
falls back to default (0). Manually changing the value in ~/.config/kcminputrc
doesn't affect on real orientation.
