- OS: Kubuntu 25.10
- Plasma: 6.5.5 (Frameworks 6.20.0, Qt 6.9.2)
- GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3050 (Driver 580.95)
- Kernel: 6.17.0-14-generic
- Scaling: 125% (Fractional)
- Platform: Wayland
Observed Behavior:
After updating to Plasma 6.5.5, Chrome taskbar previews (thumbnails) frequently
break and show empty squares. This usually happens after closing a high-load
tab (e.g., YouTube) or when Telegram is running in the background. Restarting
chrome temporarily fixes the issue, but it recurs quickly.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use NVIDIA GPU on Wayland with 125% scaling.
2. Open Google Chrome and Telegram.
3. Open YouTube tab.
4. Close a YouTube tab.
5. Open telegram and try to open some picture at the chat.
6. Hover over the Chrome icon in the Task Manager — thumbnails are disappears.
