Yeah, it is quite large, but while I can see how bugs in it could potentially cause minor performance differences, I don't see anything obvious in it. There's one commit in 6.6.1 that may have been related, I'm not sure though. Either way, if it's fixed, I won't spend too much time looking into that specific issue anymore.
