After pressing the Meta key or the Kickoff icon a few times, it completely
stops showing up, even though the hint still lights up.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Issue kcmshell6 qtquicksettings
2. Set the renderer to Vulkan
3. Restart KWin
4. Open and close Kickoff a few times (you can spam the Meta key)
OBSERVED RESULT
Kickoff completely stops showing up after a few keypresses
EXPECTED RESULT
It should always show up regardless of the rendering engine
