            Bug ID: 516805
Summary: Auto save interrupts freehand lasso selection
    Classification: Applications
           Product: krita
      Version First 6.0.0-beta2
       Reported In:
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: * Unknown
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY

When user is in the middle of stroke and the autosave time fires off, krita
will display a message saying the document is busy and autosave is postponed.

However, if user is in the middle of "freehand lasso selection stroke", the
autosave is not postponed, and the selection is interrupted. It would be
annoying if the user is doing a complex selection.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the auto-save interval to 1 minute
2. Draw something
3. Begin a freehand lasso selection stroke, keep moving your pen, don't lift
the pen until the autosave timer is fired.

OBSERVED RESULT
The selection is interrupted

EXPECTED RESULT
The autosave should not interrupt the selection. Alternatively, the autosave
should be postponed like when user is in the middle of a stroke

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux Wayland
Qt 6.10 (probably doesn't matter)
