When using the mouse to click the button, I get the same result the first two clicks (show "?" / clear text box), but after that clicking the button does nothing. When the "?" is in the textbox I can see suggestions, but the only help entry is "Help Runner [icon] spell <search term> " which is near the bottom of the list, and before that's after Browser Tabs, Browser History, Windows, Bookmarks... Either this is a bug, or it looks like a bug. It's not at all clear to me what assistance the Show Usage Help button should provide in this context, whether something is broken. I've done more testing and it looks like e.g. "?recent" shows an entry describing what "Recent Files" does. But if that's the purpose of the button it should show a list of the available actions without other results, or be clear in some other way what is happening.
