Missing sensors on main page after several hours of uptime

SUMMARY
After some uptime hours, the pages take half a minute or more to load and then
they do with incomplete sensors. After setting each sensor manually when the
"Missing sensors" banner appears and saving changes, it works just fine, but
after closing and opening again they disappear once again and take a long time
to load.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have an 8+ hours runtime
2. Open systemmonitor

OBSERVED RESULT
Sensor data completely vanishes, but it is actually still retrievable by
systemmonitor

EXPECTED RESULT
Sensors should work just fine regardless of uptime.
