SUMMARY
After changing the display configuration in any way (attached monitors, the
resolution), none of the application custom system tray icons are visible /
displayed at all.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start an application that has a system tray icon (e. g. Steam)
2. unplug the external monitor / change resolution (with kscreen-doctor, for
example)

OBSERVED RESULT
The icons disappear completely (even from the System Tray Settings menu) until
the plasmashell is manually restarted.

EXPECTED RESULT
The icons remain, as they should.
