STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable a Bluetooth connection to your smartphone
2. switch to another user, login then logoff
3. unlock the lock screen
OBSERVED RESULT
There is no longer a Bluetooth icon in the system tray.
The Bluetooth connection is disconnected.
EXPECTED RESULT
The bluetooth connection stays connected.
