SUMMARY

In the IMAP dialog, if you enter a password that is wrong, the "Password wrong"
notification is shown as notification, which means it is hidden if you're in
"do not disturb mode". This is a source of frustration to users, because they
do not get any feedback on what is wrong with their account setup.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter "Do not disturb"
2. Set up an IMAP account, mistype the password
3. Experience no feedback on why the account does not work

OBSERVED RESULT

No feedback on why the account is not working as intended

EXPECTED RESULT

A visual indication that the password is wrong
