I'm using Kdenlive 25.12.2 flatpak version. With the current MimeType entry in
file "data/org.kde.kdenlive.desktop" which is set to "application/x-kdenlive",
I can't open video files from scripted CLI environments because it doesn't
register itself with any mimetype.
I replaced that entry with what the Shotcut project is using, updated the mime
info cache with some command, and now I'm able to open video files with
Kdenlive from the terminal.
I know this is not urgent but that entry must be updated, at least, to most
often used video, audio and image file formats which are supported by Kdenlive.
