Please install the latest 5.2.2 which can be found on https://cdn.kde.org/ci-builds/office/kmymoney/5.2/windows/ You need the one that ends in ".exe". While looking through the release notes (see https://kmymoney.org/2026/02/22/kmymoney-5-2-2-released.html) I am pretty sure your problem is a duplicate of bug 514619. This report is based on the very same version you have. The file contains an installer which should replace your existing version when you run it. If you have problems installing KMyMoney, please use the forum at https://discuss.kde.org/tag/kmymoney to ask for help.
