SUMMARY
When I try to open a really large (.md file > ~3 MB), the app tries to open it
but crashes trying to do so
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. take a really large md file (in this case 3MB)
2. place it in the ~/Documents/Notes folder or any other folder that markdown
uses
3. launch markdown and open this note
OBSERVED RESULT
app crashes
EXPECTED RESULT
it should handle the large size and do one of the following: give an error OR
load dynamically OR limit max file size before loading
