SUMMARY
Ever since updating from 6.5.x to 6.6.1, whenever I first start my computer and
login, the icons in my taskbar are tiny. As soon as I open any program or
notification, the problem resolves itself.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start the computer and login to Plasma
OBSERVED RESULT
The icons are tiny and stacked two in height (see image in appended tar)
EXPECTED RESULT
The icons should be full sized (see image in appended tar)
