Discover settings change with abborted password dialog

The video demo of the bug. Not that the password window was not recorded so the
little pauses are the password window opening and the password is NOT entered.

Video by time:
00:00 - Open Discover with flathub installed
00:02 - Open the settings tab
00:03 - Click on the checkbox to disable flathub (The cursor vanishes and the
box to enter your password is opened. Click 'Cancel' instead of entering your
password)
00:08 - Click again on the setting to disable flathub
=> The checkbox is changed without showing the window to enter your password
00:10 - Click the checkbox again (The cursor will vanish again and the box to
enter your password will opened. Click 'Cancel' again)
00:14 - The checkbox can be clicked again without causing the password window
to open
00:15 - Same behaviour as described but done faster

NOTE: As said in the report text the setting is *not* saved when you restart
the app after you have changed the setting and did not enter the password.
