SUMMARY
apply plasma settings doesn't apply anything, my screen layout is not the same
as the one I have setup, the theme didn't apply and numlock isn't enabled on
start
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. go to system settings
2. go login screen
3. click "apply plasma settings"
EXPECTED RESULT
should apply my screen layout, my numlock preference and my theme
