SUMMARY
Plasma supplied system tray items and the application launcher will stop
popping up when clicked after a while of being logged in. The only way to fix
this is to log out and log back in.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in.
2. Stay logged in for a while.
3. Try to click a system tray item provided by KDE or the application laucher
OBSERVED RESULT
The color bar above the item activates however no popup shows.
EXPECTED RESULT
The color bar above the item should activate and the popup should show.

I noticed this first in 6.6.1, however it may have started with the 6.6
upgrade.
