I downloaded a cursor theme. It was broken so I went back to the popup window
and clicked "Delete". Afterwards, the "Apply"/"Use" whatever button was still
shown so I clicked it to test.
This caused an issue because a deleted thing cannot be used, after some seconds
the popup window became gray and plasma offered to kill the process. This took
systemsettings down too.
It should not show the "apply" button after the "Delete" button was pressed
(Even if, I suppose, it didnt register an event of it having been deleted), AND
also handle the situation with an error instead of freezing.
The specific reproduction is
1. Install a custom cursor theme (I chose a minecraft one that was broken)
2. Apply it (may not be needed)
3. Apply another one
4. in the popup, delete the theme
5. Apply the theme from the popup
