            Bug ID: 517180

  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY

If the user wishes to change mouse settings, the obvious place to look would be
Input & Output - Mouse & Touchpad - Mouse which is near the top of the list of
System Settings categories. However, not all settings related to mouse
operation are listed there. If they want to change the scrollbar click option,
the single/double click (select or open) option or the double click time, they
are in General Behaviour much further down the list.

Obviously this is intentional as designed, so I'm not going to suggest moving
the mouse-related settings to the Mouse KCM. But maybe it would be worth
adding an information message widget to the KCM, saying something like "Use
General Behaviour to set the single/double click option (select or open), the
double click time, or the scrollbar click option". With a link or button to go
to those settings in the General Behaviour KCM.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Think for example "I'd like to change the double click time" and then
"Where can I set it?"
2. Go to System Settings, see Mouse & Touchpad near the top of the list, go
to Mouse
3. Search in vain for the double click speed option

OBSERVED RESULT

No indication of where to find those mouse-related options

EXPECTED RESULT

If the settings are not in the Mouse KCM, then there should be an indication of
where.
