Issue in Plasma 6.6.2
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a ton of peripherals with LED.
2. Lock the screen.
OBSERVED RESULT
The peripherals have their LEDs brightening them room the whole time.
EXPECTED RESULT
Add an option to Screen Locker in which after the *user selector* fades out
(which takes 10 seconds), it would put peripherals to sleep.
