Dolphin window showcasing the bug
SUMMARY
When hovering over PDF files in Dolphin with preview enabled, the tooltip will
take all screen space without providing a direct way to actually open the file.
For this reason, the user must move the mouse out of the tooltip, and then rush
to click the file before the tooltip show again.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin and quick tile it to the bottom of the screen
2. Hover a PDF file
OBSERVED RESULT
The tooltip is over the file icon, so you can't open the file
EXPECTED RESULT
The tooltip should be placed in a way that doesn't hide the file icon
