Of course not. In systemd was stated from the beginning in the header of the
sensor hwdb file when and how must be defined matrices, but, people started
using it to correct their own displays needs so that has became in KDE has been
incorrectly implemented.

The accelerometer values must follow the panel orientation not the device one.

So for you to get fixed you can open an issue in systemd to guide you to use
monitor-sensor to follow the panel orientation, you can mention me there with
@howl.

If you want you can tell me what device you have and I can review the commit
where it was added, I have removed some matrices that clearly stated they were
just correcting display.

I haven't tested yet the fix, so let me check also to see if it's doing it
right.
