Dear developers,
Please be so kind as to investigate whether the global hotkeys bug in OBS
Studio originates from KWin and Mutter. This issue persists on both Ubuntu and
Kubuntu.
On both systems, the problem is resolved if I use the CLI to force X11 instead
of the default Wayland session.
My hypothesis is that KWin and Mutter might share a faulty segment of code. I
am not entirely sure if the root cause lies within the OBS Studio codebase
itself; it seems equally probable that the source of the problem is in KWin and
Mutter.

In general, my experience with Wayland has not been positive. Many applications
that function perfectly on X.org are riddled with bugs when running on Wayland.
