SUMMARY
Hi! I use a pen and drawing tablet in place of a mouse, and noticed that the
task manager tooltips/window previews will stay open indefinitely if the cursor
leaves the task manager while a tooltip is open - the only way to close them is
by hovering over an empty part of the task manager panel.
I also tested this with a mouse & confirmed this only happens with the pen.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Using a pen/stylus, hover over an application icon in Icons-Only Task
Manager until the tooltip or window preview appears
2. Move cursor straight up until it's completely off the task manager and
tooltip
(3. Click to focus a different window, the tooltip still remains open)
OBSERVED RESULT
Tooltip remains open
EXPECTED RESULT
Tooltip automatically closes when cursor hovers away from task manager/tooltip
