SUMMARY
Document content cannot be read by orca

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open orca
2. Open a pdf file in okular
3. Try to read the document

OBSERVED RESULT
Orca does not read the document

EXPECTED RESULT
Orca can read the document

Windows: 
macOS: 
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.18.4-gentoo / 6.6.1
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.23.0
Qt Version: 6.10.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
PDF in firefox can be read by orca. I suspect that okular does not expose the
document content in the accessibility tree.
