SUMMARY

The KDE Plasma Display over Network feature is unable to connect to the Philips
32PHG6910/78 TV.
The device appears correctly in the network list, but the system gets stuck on
the message:
“Connecting – Establishing connection with the collector”
Screen mirroring never starts.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Open Screen via Network in BigLinux (KDE Plasma).
Select the PHILIPS_TV_32PHG6910/78 device, which was automatically detected on
the network.
Attempt to connect to start mirroring.

OBSERVED RESULT

The application displays:

Connecting
Establishing connection with the collector

The connection is never completed and screen mirroring does not start.

EXPECTED RESULT

The system should connect to the Philips TV and initiate screen mirroring over
the network.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

During execution, the following warning appears:
MESA-INTEL: warning: Ivy Bridge Vulkan support is incomplete

The Intel HD Graphics 4000 (Ivy Bridge) GPU has limited Vulkan support, which
may be related to the mirroring problem.

The TV is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the computer and is correctly
detected in the device list.

TV Model:
Philips 32PHG6910/78
Screenshot attached showing the error.
