SUMMARY
KDE Connect cannot connect to a smartphone, probably after entering and exiting
hibernation. Could not reproduce all of the time, but that's the closest guess.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter hibernate
2. Wake from hibernate
3. KDEConnect can't pair with a phone, when killing kdeconnectd and reopening,
it connects instantly
