On this image, you can see ${ref}, the bug that i described
SUMMARY
When the authentication dialog (polkit-kde-agent-1) appears for a deletion
task, the title shows "Требуется авторизация для удаления ${ref}" instead of
the actual object name. This seems to be an issue specifically with the Russian
translation string.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set system language to Russian.
2. Try to delete some app from Flatpak in Discover (make sure that it has a
friendly name)
3. You'll get this bug

I'm only getting this bug on uninstalling Flatpak apps.
This bug only occurs while uninstalling apps with friendly names (for example,
when uninstalling Telegram the bug is here, but it isn't when uninstalling
org.freedesktop.Platform.codecs_extra.i386, or basically any other app without
a friendly name)
