I can reproduce this when switching the theme from Breeze to Oxygen. Breeze's
sizing is used instead of Oxygen (or any other theme). Restarting plasmashell
fixes it.

Therefore this isn't a bug with Oxygen, but rather with the PlasmaComponents3
's Slider not updating it its sizing on theme change. Moving to the appropriate
bug category.

Marco do you see a way we could fix this instead on adding 'onRepaintNeeded' to
every component? I have a suspicion some other ones might be affected too :/
