The ‘Help → Report a bug’ feature in Tellico currently opens up a window for
sending an e-mail to tellico-users mailing list. It should instead open the bug
report wizard (for filing a bug to bugs.kde.org for the ‘tellico’ product),
just like all other modern KDE applications do.
