Download the latest KDE neon Unstable Edition ISO (currently "neon-unstable-20260308-1147.iso"): https://neon.kde.org/download 2. Boot from the downloaded ISO file. 3. Once you are at the desktop, open Konsole and run `sudo apt update` and then `sudo apt install plasma-keyboard`. 4. Go to System Settings → Keyboard → Virtual Keyboard, then select "Plasma Keyboard".
