Kate file open dialog - no search bar available (KFileWidget)

SUMMARY
KFileWidget file open/save dialogs lack a search bar or Baloo integration

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any KDE native app (e.g. Kate)
2. Go to File > Open
3. Look for a search bar or any search functionality in the dialog

OBSERVED RESULT
There is no search bar or any way to search for files by name in the
file open/save dialog. The user is forced to manually navigate through
folders to find the desired file.

EXPECTED RESULT
A search bar integrated with Baloo, similar to what Dolphin already
offers. This is a fundamental and basic feature that should be present
in the file dialog. Dolphin, the KDE file manager, has full Baloo search
integration — it makes no sense that the file open/save dialog, which is
used constantly across all KDE applications, lacks this basic
functionality. Users coming from other platforms (e.g. Windows) expect
to be able to search for files by name directly from the open/save dialog
without having to navigate folder by folder.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 43 and CachyOS
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.23.0
Qt Version: 6.10.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Tested on Fedora 43 KDE Plasma and Arch-based systems, same behavior
on both. This is a wishlist/feature request item, not a crash.
The feature exists in Dolphin via Baloo integration — bringing it
to KFileWidget would greatly improve the user experience across all
KDE native applications.
