SUMMARY
User has no indication that the file he is working on has been deleted. This
behaviour is different from other Apps like Kate which prompt the user that
current file is deleted.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create new files and open them in lokalize.
2. Go to your files manager and delete a file.
3. Go back to lokalize and notice that the deleted file is still there.
OBSERVED RESULT
The deletion of the file is handled, but the user has no indication that the
file they are working on has been deleted.
EXPECTED RESULT
Inform the user that he is working on a deleted file.
