SUMMARY
This is a feature that GDM and GNOME have that KDE seems to be missing but it's
very convenient.
Basically as the title says, GDM and GNOME remember if I had the Bloc num key
turned on, so that when I get into GDM or GNOME I already have the Bloc num key
activated and I don't have to activate it everytime

OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma Login Manager and KDE don't remember if I had the bloc num key turned on

EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma Login Manager and KDE remember if I had the bloc num key turned on like
GDM and GNOME

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora KDE 43
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.23.0
Qt Version: 6.10.2
