SUMMARY
Notepad window too wide, and it cant be narrowed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open kleopatra
2. click notepad
3. try to narrow it
OBSERVED RESULT
i can adjust the width to fit on the screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
it seems it reached the minimum val.

Windows: 11
