A screencast of the bug in action

SUMMARY
When navigating to a path containing a question mark in a folder name and
opening the terminal, the cd command in the terminal gets cut off and sends the
user to a non-existing folder.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a folder containing a question mark
2. Enter the folder
3. Press F4 to open the terminal

OBSERVED RESULT
Due to not escaping the question mark in the folder name everything after /
including the question mark gets cut from the cd command. Which in turn leads
to the folder main view also changing to a wrong and non-existing path.

EXPECTED RESULT
Proper handling of question marks in paths
